That’s why the Women of the NRA and UPA offer you the expert guidance of our Refuse To Be A Victim Course. In fact, Mary Polkowski was the only Michigan NRA Trainer that was invited to the NRA Headquarters in Virginia with all expenses paid to be an professional consultant for the NRA for many women’s programs including this one! (see Photo Gallery) The RTBAV course is a 3-hour confidential seminar for women, by women. You don’t have to join the NRA or UPA, and you certainly don’t have to buy a gun. You only have to choose to take responsibility for your own protection by developing a personal safety strategy.
